Enregistrer Retour à la recherche Description de poste Sommaire Offres similairesA major self performing Residential Developer based in OttawaLooking for thier new Project Coordinator due to increased project pipelineÀ propos de notre clientProject Coordinator - Mid/High-rise Residential - OttawaThe organisation is a well known self performing Residential Developer, specialising in the construction of Mid & High-rise new builds across the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area.Description de posteProject Coordinator - Mid/High-rise Residential - OttawaPosition SummaryOur client is seeking a new Project Co-ordinator with direct experience working on Mid & High-rise residential projects to support the successful planning and execution of their current projects, most notably a major multi-year multi-phase project that is currently under way.Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the project co-ordinator will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, and supporting day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through close-out.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing Mid & high-rise residential construction projects from site mobilisation to project completionSupport the development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure milestone achievementReview shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and contracts for completeness and complianceMonitor site progress and assist with quality control and deficiency managementSupport site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action itemsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesAssist with permitting, inspections, and close-out documentationMaintain accurate project records and reporting for management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
