This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of technology platforms supporting manufacturing, warehouse, and business operations. The role will play a key role in driving automation, smart factory initiatives, and digital transformation projects that improve operational efficiency, productivity, visibility, and decision-making across the organization.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description

IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day IT operations across manufacturing and office environments.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network, server, cloud, and end-user computing infrastructure.
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Establish and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
  • Drive infrastructure modernization and technology improvement initiatives.



ERP & Enterprise Applications

  • Act as the primary IT owner for ERP and business applications.
  • Support, enhance, and optimize ERP processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Manage application upgrades, integrations, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on enterprise application projects and system enhancements.



Manufacturing Systems & Operational Technology

  • Manage and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other manufacturing-related applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP, MES, WMS, and operational systems.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve operational performance through technology solutions.
  • Support production technology and shopfloor systems to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.



Digital Transformation & Factory Automation

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology.
  • Drive smart factory projects involving automation, IoT, machine connectivity, data analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps supporting operational excellence and future growth.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity, quality, traceability, and cost efficiency.
  • Promote a data-driven culture through real-time reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Lead technology initiatives that enhance visibility across production, warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations.



Cybersecurity & IT Governance

  • Oversee cybersecurity programs, policies, and controls across the organization.
  • Manage network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and security requirements.
  • Lead incident response, risk assessment, and mitigation activities.
  • Maintain IT governance, documentation, and security best practices.



Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead IT and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor performance.
  • Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to IT team members and key users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Applications, Manufacturing Systems, or IT Management roles.
  • Proven experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Strong experience supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems.
  • Experience with MES, WMS, manufacturing technologies, or operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud technologies, virtualization, servers, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience leading ERP, infrastructure, digital transformation, or factory automation projects.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good command of English.
