Enregistrer Retour à la recherche Description de poste Sommaire Offres similairesA well known Mid-sized ICI focused General ContractorLooking for a new Estimator who aims to progress and grow a long term career.À propos de notre clientReporting to the Lead Estimator, the successful candidate will be involved in all estimating activities for the organisation.Description de posteYou will successfully track down project leads turning them into bidding opportunities, solicit pricing from trade partners and develops detailed budgets and competitive bids and proposals in order to meet the objective of continued and sustainable growth of the Company.Responsibilities include:Recommending and implementing winning tendering strategiesProduce detailed quantity take-offs and price labour, material and equipment portions of estimatesQualifying bidding and prequalification opportunitiesAnalyzing project risk and implementing risk mitigation strategiesManage the estimating and tender closingsFoster and maintain positive relations and communication with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
