General Site Superintendent

The General Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities across multiple project sites, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and safety standards. This role provides leadership to site superintendents and field teams while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising project execution, scheduling, and site logistics
• Reviewing drawings, schematics, and construction documentation
• Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety policies and Ontario regulations
• Conducting quality control inspections and managing deficiency tracking
• Monitoring job costs, budgets, and resource allocation
• Supporting workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and training
• Utilizing construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6)
• Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
