Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure availability for project needs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Communicate regularly with the project management team to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure a high standard of performance and productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finishing Site Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction finishing projects, preferably in mixed use/multi-tower projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
