MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled and all other qualified applicantsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Finishing Site Superintendent- Common Areas should have:Extensive knowledge and experience in finishing work.Full-cycle experience with large scale multi-tower/mixed-use projects.Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations in Toronto.Proven ability to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project timelines while dealing with PDI's and deficiencies.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Existing relationships with trades and subcontractors is considered a strong assetComfortability in a client facing role.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $100000 to $160000 CAD.Comprehensive health and dental benefits (eligible after 3 months).Performance-based bonus, typically starting after the first year.Vacation entitlement of 2-4 weeks, matched to the candidate's current entitlement.Company-provided laptop and phone.Coverage of work-related expenses.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as a Finishing Site Superintendent..
