• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.
• Analyze project drawings, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and validate cost estimates.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project estimates, changes, and revisions.
• Prepare and present reports on project budgets, risks, and financial performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and labour rates to ensure accurate estimates.
• Support the tendering process by providing cost data and participating in bid evaluations.
