Director of Construction - Commercial Retail

• Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards
• Manage team members and ensure their professional growth
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency
