Design Build Project Manager / Estimator

• Lead pre-construction planning and design processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for design-build projects in the construction industry.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion within scope.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and project progress.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
