As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of buildings construction projects in the general contracting industry. Your role involves managing ground-up new builds, renovations and healthcare projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Our client is an established General Contractor focused in the ICI buildings construction industry, located in Concord. They deliver high quality product to the their clients across the institutional and commercial buildings sectors.

Description de poste

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage budgets, schedules and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards on all project sites.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project challenges.
  • Handle procurement processes, including obtaining permits and sourcing materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams and foster collaboration to achieve project goals effectively.

Le candidat idéal

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the buildings construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of ICI GC/CM processes and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ground-up new build, renovation and healthcare projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
