Construction Project Manager - ICI - OttawaAs a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Proactively identify and manage potential risks to minimise project disruptions.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
