With a focus on craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and efficient project delivery, they typically manage between two and four custom home projects at any given time. To minimize commute times and ensure strong site presence, preference will be given to candidates located in Toronto.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities for custom residential projects.Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Identify and proactively resolve site issues and construction challenges.Track project costs and support budget management initiatives.Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.Maintain accurate site reports, logs, and project records.Develop and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, consultants, and trades.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
