Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of the school new build project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive and positive work environment.
  • Implement solutions to overcome construction challenges and ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent - School New Build should have:

  • Strong experience in institutional construction projects, preferably school builds.
  • Proven ability to manage ground-up new build projects as a Site Superintendent.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
