As a Site Superintendent - New Build, you will oversee the construction of ground-up ICI projects, including pre-fabricated steel buildings, in Prince George. You will coordinate on-site activities, manage trades, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

About Our Client

Our client is an established GC / Design Builder dedicated to light industrial and commercial building projects across Canada. The initial project requirement will be a 30,000 sq.ft. ground up new build pre-fabricated building located in Prince George, BC.

Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise to keep the project on schedule.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues effectively.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
  • Oversee site safety and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
