They are known for their collaborative approach, strong site leadership, and commitment to safety, quality, and schedule certainty.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all on‑site construction activities from project start through close‑outCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staffEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and per contract documentsMaintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company safety policiesConduct daily site inspections and tool‑box talksReview drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify and resolve constructability issuesCoordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related issuesTrack site progress, maintain daily logs, and contribute to project reportingManage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and deficiency resolutionEnforce quality control standards and ensure work meets applicable codes and standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
