Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor project team members to encourage professional growth and performance excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in both multi- storey residential projects and ICI projects.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • The ability to schedule jobs autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
