Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in construction project management with a General Contracting company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Toronto
