With an extensive international manufacturing network and a strong focus on operational excellence, the company is looking for a strategic procurement leader to oversee its global chemical sourcing portfolio for North America operations.Description de posteReporting to the leadership team, this position will define worldwide sourcing strategies, manage key supplier partnerships, and ensure the long-term competitiveness, resilience, and performance of a significant global raw material spend.Your key responsibilities are:Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for chemical raw materials, balancing cost, supply continuity, sustainability, and long-term business objectives across multiple international regions.Lead supplier selection, competitive sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements while optimizing total cost of ownership and mitigating commercial risk.Monitor global commodity markets, feedstock trends, tariffs, freight, and supply chain dynamics to support pricing strategies and informed sourcing decisions.Partner with engineering, operations, logistics, quality, and product development teams to support new product launches, identify value engineering opportunities, and evaluate make-versus-buy scenarios.Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships that promote innovation, improve supply resilience, and strengthen long-term commercial performance across the global supply base.Develop procurement KPIs, executive dashboards, and governance processes while driving continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization within the purchasing function.Serve as the senior commercial escalation point for supplier-related issues, supporting manufacturing operations worldwide while ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards and industry requirements.MPI ne fait pas de discrimination fondée sur la race, la religion, le sexe, l'orientation sexuelle, l'identité ou l'expression du genre, l'âge, le handicap, l'état civil, ou sur le statut d'un individu dans un groupe ou une classe quelconque autrement protégé par la législation applicable en matière de droits de l'homme.
