Senior IT Operations Analyst will support daily IT operations and ensure smooth system performance within the organization. This role will provide hands-on support to users, maintain IT systems, including ERP systems, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description

  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting security-related issues.
  • Document technical processes and provide user training as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
  • Basic knowledge of: Windows, Microsoft 365, and user management, Networking and infrastructure, ERP systems (any platform)
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
