Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsA well known Ottawa based ICI focused General ContractorLooking for their new Project Manager with ICI Base Build experienceAbout Our ClientProject Manager - ICI Base Build - OttawaThe organisation is a well established ICI focused General Contractor that operates across Canada and covers both New build and Renovation projects.Job DescriptionProject Manager - ICI Base Build - OttawaManage project fees, invoicing, schedules, execution, deliverables, and the quality of the projects during design and construction.Monitor project budgets, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.Identification of risk and associated mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions and cost overruns.Review project documents (drawings, specifications, RFI's, etc.) and evaluate the completeness for the respective phase of design and/or construction.Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.Update relevant stakeholders / team members on project progress.Prioritise and enforce safety protocolsIdentify business opportunities with current and prospective customersProcure and executing a portfolio of projects ranging from multiple small projects to major site improvements.Coaching and supporting project team members with assigned tasks.
