Job Description

  • Lead and oversee Network, Systems, and Security administration activities, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of network and system infrastructure in accordance with established SLA.
  • Monitor security events, system logs, and alerts, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate remediation actions.
  • Manage routine system maintenance, patch management, backup operations, and security hardening of network and infrastructure environments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service quality reviews, and compliance with security and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventories, documentation, and security records for all assigned network and system assets.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services, including email, SharePoint, identity management, and related security controls.
  • Stay updated on emerging infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, endpoint protection, access control, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including cloud security best practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Experience monitoring security incidents, analyzing system logs, and coordinating remediation activities.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage.
