The role will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise applications while leading the local SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role manages a small team of senior IT professionals and works closely with business leaders and external vendors to ensure reliable IT services and successful project delivery.

Description de poste

  • Manage overall IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
  • Lead the local SAP S/4HANA implementation, including coordination with business users, regional IT, and implementation partners.
  • Ensure system availability, business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, and software/hardware procurement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small senior technical team.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology initiatives.

Le candidat idéal

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in an IT leadership role.
  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure and manufacturing IT environments.
  • Experience with ERP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Good leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
