You will successfully track down project leads turning them into bidding opportunities, solicit pricing from trade partners and develops detailed budgets and competitive bids and proposals in order to meet the objective of continued and sustainable growth of the Company.Responsibilities include:Recommending and implementing winning tendering strategiesProduce detailed quantity take-offs and price labour, material and equipment portions of estimatesQualifying bidding and prequalification opportunitiesAnalyzing project risk and implementing risk mitigation strategiesManage the estimating and tender closingsFoster and maintain positive relations and communication with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
