Known for its collaborative approach, they provided expertise in value engineering, cost-efficient design, and quality construction, working closely with clients and project stakeholders from concept through completion.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Lead the bidding process, including reviewing tender documents and ensuring compliance with requirements.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project needs and identify cost-saving opportunities.Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project specifications.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and construction trends.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers.Ensure all estimates are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators on the team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
