The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Store Manager should have

  • 7+ years of retail experience with a strong track record in sales performance and team leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 8+ staff, with proven leadership results
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
  • Adaptable, self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
