As a Senior Bilingual Telephony Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational technology systems to support the property sector. Based in Mississauga, this role involves ensuring the effective integration and performance of technology solutions tailored to the company's needs.

Description de poste

  • Manage and maintain operational technology systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions that support operational goals.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for technological improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational technology systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.

A successful Senior Bilingual Telephony Analyst should have:

  • Experience managing and maintaining operational technology systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A background in technology within the property industry is an asset.

Ce qui est offert

  • Permanent position with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 CAD.
  • 10% bonus structure.
