As a Senior Manager, I think the thing I am most proud of is the team culture/identity that I created. My team is all about the TEAM: very supportive of each other, straightforward, no hidden agenda, adopting a “One team, one dream” mentality and “surpass average” approach.
Why did you decide to leave your previous position to join PageGroup?
I was very comfortable at my last job. I was there for 6.5 years, but consistently interviewing to find the right fit elsewhere. It was starting to feel complacent. Initially when I started speaking with PageGroup (over other recruitment firms), I bought into the endless progression, the training program and the people. I loved interviewing with the management team and Richard Vickers (Regional Managing Director). PageGroup has more than lived up to my expectations.
What has PageGroup been able to do for you?
Travel the world, experience amazing restaurants, I like stuff and am a sneaker head so the money helps here. I feel above all things that I am learning and growing every day!
What did you do with your first bonus?
Went on a BIG, fancy night out with my wife… and then hit the shops.
