Job Description

Support Workday ERP operations to ensure system stability and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with business functional owners, superusers, and external support vendors to deliver solutions within the Workday platform.
Implement Workday solutions, including vendor releases, patches, and system enhancements.
Ensure adherence to IT standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Contribute to continuous systems and process improvement initiatives to optimize data flow and meet evolving reporting needs.
Support the Team Lead in managing vendor and service provider performance, ensuring solution delivery in alignment with established SLAs.
Create and maintain detailed documentation related to the technical environment, including testing protocols and support procedures.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM, especially in Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Core HR.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and experience improving or supporting them within Workday.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations or enhancements.
Comfortable working across multiple modules, even without deep specialization.
Experience collaborating with both IT and HR business users.
Exposure to Workday Recruiting.
Background in transformation environments or lean teams.
