Job Description

  • Support Workday ERP operations to ensure system stability and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with business functional owners, superusers, and external support vendors to deliver solutions within the Workday platform.
  • Implement Workday solutions, including vendor releases, patches, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Contribute to continuous systems and process improvement initiatives to optimize data flow and meet evolving reporting needs.
  • Support the Team Lead in managing vendor and service provider performance, ensuring solution delivery in alignment with established SLAs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to the technical environment, including testing protocols and support procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM, especially in Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Core HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and experience improving or supporting them within Workday.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations or enhancements.
  • Comfortable working across multiple modules, even without deep specialization.
  • Experience collaborating with both IT and HR business users.
  • Exposure to Workday Recruiting.
  • Background in transformation environments or lean teams.
