VP of Estimating - ICI Construction

• Provide strong, character-driven leadership to the estimating department, setting standards for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
• Mentor, develop, and coach a team of estimators-ensuring skills growth, succession planning, and an environment where people thrive.
• Oversee all estimating deliverables including conceptual budgets, Class A-D estimates, design‑assist pricing, preconstruction strategies, and tender submissions.
• Lead bid strategy, risk evaluation, and constructability reviews with confidence, clarity, and sound judgment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and owners while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Project Management, and Business Development to support company objectives and long-term growth.
• Drive continuous improvement across estimating processes, technology adoption, system optimization, and department performance metrics.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, client presentations, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
