Superintendent

As Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind on-site success:

• Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate multi-phase construction activities.
• Serve as the key liaison for senior-level client conversations-bringing confidence, polish, and professionalism to every interaction.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules using MS Project, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Anticipate challenges and solve problems efficiently, keeping complex scopes and sequencing on track.
• Maintain a strong focus on contract compliance and documentation throughout all project phases.
