Job Description



  • Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilization through to close-out


  • Manage schedules, coordinate trades, and ensure all work is executed to quality, safety, and timeline standards


  • Enforce site safety compliance and lead daily safety talks and inspections


  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, consultants, and municipal officials


  • Ensure documentation, site reports, and project records are kept up-to-date in Procore


  • Troubleshoot and resolve site-level challenges proactively

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI GC construction


  • Strong background in car dealership and/or retail projects


  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms


  • Proven track record delivering commercial projects on time and within budget


  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills


  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites across the GTA
