Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timelines and cost objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure materials and resources are available to meet project needs.
