Superintendent - ICI - Ottawa

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of ICI construction projects in Ottawa, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction activities.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety standards on-site.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring construction standards and conducting final inspections.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients as required.
