Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor progress and performance, implementing adjustments as needed to meet project deliverables.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in Toronto and beyond.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a focus on objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:

  • Demonstrated success managing construction projects from ground-up builds to Renovations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and standards, particularly in Toronto.
  • A project management certification, such as PMP or equivalent, is preferred.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.
