Job Description

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage project risk through mitigation planning.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting and cost management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the industrial property / condo or hotel industry.
  • Superb leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
