The role is for a Senior Guidewire Business Analyst responsible for driving functional design and backlog creation across PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter. It requires deep product knowledge and offers the chance to work on integrations and broader system enhancements.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Guidewire Business Analyst, with a strong focus on PolicyCenter.
  • Hands-on experience with Ratings, Product Model, and ADL (Account Data Load).
  • Strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products and workflows.
  • Exposure to ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter (BMS) modules.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.



Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all PolicyCenter-related initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Personal Lines products and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and configuration teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support policy configuration, product modeling, rating setup, and ADL processes within PolicyCenter.
  • Work cross-functionally to align PolicyCenter integrations with ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter.
  • Participate in user story creation, grooming, and acceptance testing in an Agile environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide functional expertise for enhancements and defect fixes.
