Strategy and Planning- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of forward‑looking strategies for all technology initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.- Translate organizational needs into scalable system solutions using modern tools and architectures that support adaptability and long‑term growth.- Drive the evolution of the organization's technology ecosystem to support key operational and strategic priorities.- Establish and oversee an IT governance or innovation committee to support execution of the technology roadmap, define policies, and ensure alignment with business goals.- Champion cross‑functional collaboration to develop and deploy technology solutions that increase organizational efficiency and performance.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.2. Technical Project Management- Develop and execute detailed project plans to implement new technologies, including change management and training.- Oversee procurement processes including RFPs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and budgeting.- Monitor and optimize performance of external IT service providers.3. Risk Management and Compliance- Protect organizational operations from IT risks such as breaches, system failures, and interruptions.- Identify and mitigate emerging risks in alignment with enterprise risk protocols.- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and industry standards related to privacy, accessibility, and security.4.
