Job Description

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor compliance with safety protocols and address any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project managers.
  • Resolve on-site challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
  • Ensure all site documentation is accurate and up to date.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Supervisor - ICI should have:

  • Experience working in the construction industry, particularly in the ICI sector.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations in Canada.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
