Site Supervisor - 1 Year Contract

• Oversee all onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, drawings, and building codes. Identify and report any discrepancies or omissions.
• Lead day‑to‑day supervision of trades and subcontractors, and conduct onsite project meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed daily site reports documenting progress, inspections, events, and safety‑related information.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards; document and report injuries and complete all required incident reports.
• Coordinate with property management teams as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinators to issue material/service purchase orders and confirm timely deliveries and equipment returns.
• Ensure timely communication and information sharing with team members and management at all levels.
