Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site operations for office renovation and tenant fit-out projects in Toronto.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to solve project-related challenges.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the project progress.
