Known for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, they are committed to excellence in every aspect of their work.Job DescriptionAs the Site Superintendent, supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for ICI projects, ensuring subcontractors and tradespeople meet project objectives.Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to adhere to ICI project specifications and schedules.Monitor project progress, address issues or delays promptly, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all site personnel.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards and project requirements.Maintain accurate records of project expenses, material usage, and labour to support budgeting and reporting.Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
