Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities for hotel projects in Niagara Falls.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff effectively.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and progress tracking.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
  • Oversee the delivery and use of materials and equipment to prevent delays.
