Job Description

  • Oversee all construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Monitor and report on construction progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling.
  • Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on site quickly and amicably.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
