Description de poste

  • Issuing Purchase Orders for all material for suppliers/trades
  • Coordinating and maintaining current records of drawings and consultant revision notices
  • Distributing Drawings accordingly to Trades
  • Responsible for updating and keeping track of Construction Schedule
  • Answering telephones and assisting in communications with the large group of contractors and consultants
  • Assisting site management staff with various clerical duties required
  • Making sure all time sheets (Site Staff and Laborers) are ready and sent to Payroll in a timely fashion
  • Organising site office, setting up binders and folders
  • Maintaining and organising files for all purchaser's home customisation and colour choices
  • Keeping track of Site Equipment and Small Equipment Rentals
  • Printing and distributing Deficiencies for Trades to complete
  • Responsible for Completions of Deficiencies
  • Assisting homeowners with queries when visiting the site.

Le candidat idéal

  • At least 5 years of experience in administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Tarion guidelines and time lines (big plus)
  • Extensive filing and organisation experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general construction terminology.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, procedures and software.
