ServiceNow Systems Analyst

• Run workshops, interviews, and process reviews, then turn business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and work with developers to ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Handle daily support, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and manage roles and access controls.
• Act as Scrum Master or sprint coordinator, lead planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and track progress.
• Support UAT, create test cases, manage defects, and validate solutions before deployment.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, monitor platform performance, and share insights with stakeholders.
