Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle on projects valued between $10M-$50M.
  • Direct daily field operations, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong communication and alignment.
  • Implement and enforce all site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Awareness (5 Steps) requirements.
  • Utilize Total Station technology for layout and precision control on-site.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep the project on track.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to promote growth and maintain the company's commitment to excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a large general contractor on commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record managing projects in the $10M-$50M range from groundbreaking to closeout.
  • Strong background in multi-family construction.
  • Proficiency in Total Station layout equipment is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in complex construction environments.
  • Completion of Health & Safety Awareness (5 Steps) training is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
