Senior Superintendent - Toronto

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient work completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement safety protocols on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project progress.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure expectations are met.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.
