Senior Site Superintendent - ICI Construction

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide project execution.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure project needs are met efficiently.
• Mentor and supervise site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
