The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects while fostering strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams.Job DescriptionAccountability for Successful Delivery: Lead the execution of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.Team Development & Mentorship: Coach, mentor, and lead diverse project teams through coaching, training, and development, creating new opportunities for growth.Project Management & Leadership: Oversee project schedules, execution plans, and ensure smooth project turnover, from preconstruction to post-construction service.Client Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, and design teams to support business development activities.Innovative Leadership: Implement the latest industry technologies, systems, and processes to maintain the company's position as a leader in the construction sector.Business Development & Growth: Actively contribute to business development by building strong networks and supporting the company's growth through effective client and partner relationships.Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.Problem-Solving: Develop action plans to overcome project execution challenges, ensuring a seamless project experience.
