They specialize in educational, recreational, water and Waste Water sectorsJob DescriptionSenior Project Manager - Ottawa - Waste Water InfrastructureThe Senior Project Manager provides and is accountable for the overall planning, organisation, direction, and control of each project assigned to them.They will successfully complete each of these projects, safely and within time and budgetary constraints to meet the objective of continued and sustainable growth of the Company. Responsibilities include:Providing safety leadership to the project team and subcontractorsPlanning, scheduling, and controlling daily activities of a projectAdministration and management of prime contracts and subcontractsSubcontract negotiations and awardsManaging project budget and billingsOverseeing contract administration of RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etcFostering and maintaining positive relations and communication with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
